This program is safe for moms 6 weeks after birth.

My experience with postpartum depression, getting caught up in my long list of balls dropped and mom-fails, trying to bouncing back, and that never ending pile of laundry, forced me to recognize that I was never going back to my old life or body. And if I wanted to thrive and enjoy this incredible life I was given, I needed to create a whole new mindset and routine.

So that’s what I did. And it literally saved my life. Join me and stop trying to bounce back (you’ll just pee yourself anyway with all that bouncing), let’s create a new lifestyle and celebrate our bodies in a way that fits into our busy mom life and feels even better than those pre-baby days.
