Imagine what it would be like to START your New Year with momentum built, full of energy and pride instead of feeling tired and overwhelmed. Picture how much more energy you’ll have as a mom if  you stay motivated during the time of year when most people are struggling.

If you’re already prioritizing your health and happiness, you’ll know how important it is to stay inspired and keep making healthy choices, but for those of you who, year after year, start off the new year with big hopes and goals and end feeling defeated and ready to start anew in January, how about this year you try something different and get off that rollercoaster.

  • The last three months can be the most stressful of the entire year, so let me give you a plan to help you through it that will keep you feeling awesome.

  • And it’s not just about workouts and healthy eating, we’re finding that balance and I’ve got tips and tools to help with the stress of visiting family, travel, parties, gift buying and remaining the best version of yourself through it all.

  • This is the time when we make the worst decisions regarding our health because we know we can start fresh in 2020. But how well has that worked for you? You eat more, drink more and move less, knowing you will change it ALL in January. But without momentum and a healthy mindset, that rarely happens and even more rarely sticks!


So, how does this work?

Interested in joining, but worried about adding more to your already overloaded plate (and brain)?! Don’t worry, this is simple and effective and designed to fit into a busy mom life (and brain). Here’s how it works:

EVERY MONDAY morning you'll get an email from me with a workout of the week, some weekly encouragement, healthy recipes and tips. I will highlight a different topic each week: persistence, habits, diet, mental health -- you name it, I’ll touch on it. I will also include all kinds of resources and FREE content that will help you with the challenge. 

EVERY WEEKDAY, I’ll do a check-in on Instagram or Facebook and I’ll look for your progress here, too (and we’ve got an awesome raffle at the end so the more you participate, the more entries you get for our prize basket of Wellness!). Take advantage of our community and all these incredible resources I’m giving you for FREE - create a team of friends to follow along with and help keep each other engaged every day, too!

EVERY DAY you need to work on your 3 to 5 Steps to Getting SavageWell! I will send you a tracking worksheet as a resource when you sign up but please don’t hesitate to reach out for support from me or the community!! That’s the magic! I’ll go live in the Savage Moms Facebook community every week to answer questions and give you some personalized coaching on the topics we’re covering and working on. This is where we’re working on staying consistent, taking small steps, creating a healthy mindset and seeing RESULTS regardless of what place and stage you’re at in your healthy living journey.
