In the Kick-Off Packet linked above, record your starting measurements (video below), weight, and photos (examples below).
Watch this video to learn how to take your own measurements. No flexible measuring tape? No problem! Use a string or ribbon and make a mark, then measure on a ruler or (even better) tape measure.

Ready to add in a fitness component? While successful weight loss relies on mindset and nutrition changes, getting active is a big part of a healthy lifestyle.
