1. Create your naughty and nice list and find your daily checks and balances.

2. Create your power statements and start your day with an affirmation every day this week

3. Start a new relationship with your scale and weigh in every day if you have a scale. (weighing in every day is for this week only, you will go back to 1 or 2x/week after)

4. Explore Dark Leafy Greens - Eat a leafy green every day! Check out the PDF below for a list of ideas and this Pinterest Board for recipes!

  1. Get in 20+ minutes of elevated heart rate every day

  2. and do 5 Sun Salutations every morning or right before bed.
